Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
Filling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise preferably full-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel the shells.
Make the Filling
  1. Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag. Cut a small hole in the corner.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
