Prepare the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Serve the sauce alongside the baked rolls.
