Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Boursin Cheese
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese any flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Lemon
  • 1 medium lemon sliced for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  2. Season the salmon with garlic powder, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Add Boursin Cheese
  1. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve
  1. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
