Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Boursin Cheese
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese any flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Lemon
  • 1 medium lemon sliced for garnish
Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Dish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Season the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
Add Boursin Cheese
  1. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
