Method
Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add Boursin Cheese
- Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

For added flavor, you can include sliced tomatoes or spinach under the salmon before adding the Boursin cheese.
