Baked Boursin Salmon

Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Boursin Cheese
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herbs flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add Boursin Cheese
  1. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
