Ingredients

For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup Asian-style dressing for seasoning
For the Wonton Tacos
  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups oil for frying
For the Slaw Topping
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
For the Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method

Prepare the Chicken Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded carrots, green onions, and Asian-style dressing. Mix well to combine.
Fry the Wonton Wrappers

Assemble the Tacos
  1. Fill each crispy wonton taco with the chicken filling, top with the slaw mixture, and drizzle with the sweet chili and soy sauce mixture.
