Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Wonton Tacos
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot carrot shredded
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
For the Spicy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Filling
  1. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Prepare the Wonton Tacos
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Drape wonton wrappers over the edges of the baking sheet to form taco shapes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Slaw and Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, green onions, and cilantro. Toss to mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix sriracha, mayonnaise, and lime juice to create the spicy sauce.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Fill each baked wonton taco shell with the chicken filling, top with the slaw mixture, and drizzle with spicy sauce.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
