Prepare the Chicken Filling
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Prepare the Wonton Tacos
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Drape wonton wrappers over the edges of the baking sheet to form taco shapes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Slaw and Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, green onions, and cilantro. Toss to mix.
- In another bowl, mix sriracha, mayonnaise, and lime juice to create the spicy sauce.
Assemble the Tacos
- Fill each baked wonton taco shell with the chicken filling, top with the slaw mixture, and drizzle with spicy sauce.
