Cook Pasta

- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta in a colander.
Make Sauce

- Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese, and stir until melted and smooth.
- Gradually add reserved pasta water, stirring until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Combine and Serve
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
